Miki Agrawal is a well-known social business person who has been in operation to create eco-friendly toilets. Her career journey has been an impressive journey that began at WILD, a free pizza restaurant based in New York. She then established THINX, a firm specializing in reusable undies to cater to women’s menstrual usage. Also, the company has committed to donate pads to schoolgirls residing in Uganda. Miki Agrawal is working on TUSHY, which is one of her latest projects. The aim of the project to construct up-to-date bidet attachments for toilets and sustainable lavatory products.
TUSHY has been a remarkable project to support eco-friendly awareness and solve the global sanitation disaster. Though toilet papers are considered useful, they are also ineffective when it comes to major health issues such as yeast infections, anal itching, and UTIs.Also, toilet paper production is a great risk to the environment as it may lead to deforestation.
As a result, Miki Agrawal came up with a better solution which is the TUSHY project. The project entails the construction of a simple attachable bidet that clips onto your toilet. One unique advantage of using this service is that clients are rewarded back after three months by decreasing their toilet paper usage. Unfortunately, a large number of deaths are experienced yearly as a result of poor sanitation. The TUSHY project has helped Miki to build up toilets for over sixty thousand families in India.
Over the past years, it’s been a big hustle to convince people to consider using TUSHY. Creating awareness has helped educate people about the program, and today we are proud to influence millions of clients. The coronavirus outbreak played a big role in the growth of TUSHY since there was a shortage of toilet paper, and people opted to use bidets. Slowly America is converting to appreciate the use of bidets.
