Eterneva is a startup company helping to provide a unique experience to families, friends, and loved ones all around the globe. By helping individuals reconnect with their loved ones as a result of grief, creating a memorable experience is the goal of the company. The company came about after owners Adella and Ozar lost a dear friend Tracey who had stage four pancreatic cancer. She was a young age of 47 years old and was given only three months to live. Adella was listed as guardian of Tracey’s ashes and wanted to make something to ensure the legacy lived on which is Eterneva. More to read at medium.com
The company is based in Austin Texas and uses the ashes of a loved one to create special pieces of jewelry such as diamonds. With a variety of stones to choose from, all the client needs are a 2tbsp-1/2 cup of their loved one’s ashes or hair to complete the piece. The average time of completion to complete the piece is 7-10 months. Eterneva appeared on the television show “Shark Tank” and was back by famous businessman Mark Cuban. The company hit it out of the ballpark and has since completed pieces for over 500 customers. Since the start of the pandemic, the company has begun providing free services for crematoriums and funeral homes helping them reach out to families of lost ones. Currently partnered with funeral hoes Phaneuf Funeral home in New Hampshire and Vermont, and Schoedinger Funeral Home in Columbus, OH they are helping the funeral homes with a digital approach to the funeral, helping create memories for families.
